    _As a critical team member of CRE Data Analytics team, you will_

    + _Use your strong data and analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy._

    + _Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems._

    + _Provide insights Interpret datasets and analyze results using statistical techniques. to provide ongoing insights to influence our development roadmap._

    + _Work with stakeholders internal and externally to prioritize business use cases_

    + _Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities_

    + _Support the primary reporting function within the LOB. Works with other groups in the Bank for any reporting /data /analytics as needed._

    + _Aggregates disparate CRE data for portfolio management reporting, as needed._

    + _Assists in management of CREs data (collection, input and validation). Organize data for submission during internal and external exams and audits, and interact with Regulators and auditors during these reviews._

    + _Develop alternative methods to support monitoring portfolio movements to ensure the LOB remains within set risk limits as well as desired business mix._

    + _Enhance portfolio forecasting capabilities through use of available data._

    + _Use advanced analytics (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) to supplement existing forecasting practices considering historical and anticipated payoffs, origination activity, and loan fundings._

    + _Develop insights for desired portfolio mix, including geography, clients, and property type, through the use of CRE portfolio data and data obtained from external sources, to inform CRE strategy and establish risk appetite._

    + _Assist and execute processes and/or controls to ensure all data and documentation captured through the origination process is accurate, complete, accomplished in a timely manner._
