We are looking for you to join our reception team as soon as possible.


Our reception is one of the most important hubs of our clinic - your communication skills and organizational talent are needed here The reception is not only the central point of contact for patients and visitors, but also the interface for various concerns of clinic employees.


Your tasks include, among others:

admitting and checking in arriving patients, answering and forwarding all incoming calls, managing the clinic's main cash register including booking in SAP, ordering and monitoring all patient transports including digital recording.


A completed commercial education or relevant work experience is required, preferably in similar fields where customer-oriented thinking and acting are of central importance - for example in the hotel industry.

Proficiency in MS Office applications is a prerequisite.
