Description
  • Full responsibility for the managed service of the Unified Communication service package throughout its entire lifecycle
  • Leading, managing, and coordinating a virtual team, including regular service team meetings regarding quality, service levels, and productivity
  • Responsible for initiating and coordinating corrective measures for deviations in service parameters
  • Designing and transitioning new/modified services based on market and customer requirements
  • Accountability for calculating and controlling service-related costs
  • Completed degree or comparable education in the fields of business and/or computer science
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience and good knowledge in managing on-premise and cloud-based collaboration solutions from market leaders
  • Training in project management, ITIL, and agile methods, preferably in the SCRUM area
  • High level of customer orientation and teamwork, above-average initiative, and willingness to adapt and work in changing environments
  • Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
  • You will be involved in innovative digitalization projects and work closely with manufacturers (e.g. Cisco & Microsoft)
