    Description

    This is a fully remote position however, the candidate must be based in one of the following areas of their sales territory (no exceptions): San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Phoenix, or the Bay area.

    Randstad, the worlds leading partner for talent, is investing in an Account Manager supporting our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Segment for Randstad Digital.

    As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and expanding a few key accounts as well as driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our services.

    We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success.

    What you get to do:

    • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to drive growth in key segments for Randstad Digital.
    • Envision and implement transformative technology solutions to enhance customer experience and engagement.
    • Provide expert consulting within specific industry segments.
    • Strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize engagement.
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives in areas such as cloud services, customer experience, data analytics, and product engineering.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth opportunities.
    • Secure new agreements that surpass revenue and margin expectations.

    What you need to bring:

    • History of supporting large Fortune 500 clients within the Banking,Financial Services or Insurance space
    • Proven history of expanding services within active accounts as well as acquiring net new business
    • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • A history of outperformance
