Position Overview:


The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through tailored landscaping solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients, understanding their specific landscaping needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular checkins and site visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client requests and feedback are incorporated into service delivery.

Sales and Growth:


  • Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients based on their landscaping needs.
  • Drive new business through referrals and networking within the landscaping industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for potential clients.

Knowledge and Learning:


  • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the landscaping industry.
  • Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to the training team to develop educational materials for other team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the operations, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to influence service enhancements and innovations.

Qualifications:


  • High School Degree is minimum
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscaping industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, or a related field can be used to substitute the experience, with minimum 3 years landscape industry experience required still
  • Proven track record in relationshipdriven sales and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new products, services, and the evolving landscaping market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
