What you will be doing:
We are looking for an innovative Engineering Manager to join the team.
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the company's technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules.
You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.Responsibilities:
Building key data assets, establishing critical data diagnostics and analysis.
Build agile data application products for various stakeholders such as operators, merchants, and experts to help the business improve operational efficiency.
In-depth study and understanding of business knowledge, clarify key business indicators, and help identify problems and opportunities through data analysis, diagnosis, data mining/strategy and other work.
Promote the implementation of various technologies, stability and availability of key platforms, provide support and assistance to the team in technology selection and architecture judgment, and drive the team to improve in technology based on industry development.
Build a Global Data Intelligence RD team, and continuously optimize organizational construction in combination with business development to enhance team effectiveness.
Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline and good English communication skills.
of relevant software engineering experience with
5 years of team management .
Solid computer basic knowledge , strong logical understanding and learning ability; clear understanding and judgment of commonly used technical architecture systems.
Strong leadership and management skills , with experience in managing and guiding large-scale engineering teams.
Positive and optimistic , strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous, with good team communication and collaboration skills.
Preference for those with a good foundation
in English and excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Preference for candidates
with global team management experience.
