Summary: As a National Bank Examiner (Field Examiner), you will be involved in planning and conducting examinations, preparing reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior managers at the bank and the OCC.

Midsize & Community Bank Supervision (MCBS)
Location: Blue Ash, OH or Dublin, OH

Duties:

Serve as examiner-in-charge of complex community banks and head of significant functional areas in large, midsize, and large, complex community banks.
Assist in the ongoing supervision of major departments, provide subject matter expertise for targeted areas, plan, coordinate, and monitor bank supervisory activities.
Assess risk, develop supervisory strategies, determine the scope of supervisory activities, manage assisting personnel teams, prepare reports, and develop responses to address risks.
Prepare communications to drive positive change within the bank and maintain effective communications within the OCC.
Assignments and training will be provided in a fair manner, considering the needs of the OCC and the career development goals of individuals.
