Your responsibilities:

As an in-house lawyer with a focus on contract and banking law, you will be the internal and external point of contact for legal issues, including credit law and commercial legal protection.

Your tasks will also include reviewing contracts and adapting our terms and conditions to current case law and legislation. You will work closely with your supervisor and the respective departments.
What do you bring to the table?

Successfully completed law degree (second state examination)
High commitment, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and quality awareness
Ability to assess legal issues and act in a legally shaping manner
Quick understanding of complex legal matters
Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way to nonlawyers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products
