    Job Title: Scrum Master


    Scrum Master - Permanent - Melbourne, Florida - Salary: $5,000 - $10,000

    The company is looking for a Scrum Master in Melbourne, Florida. As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include effectively managing project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, coaching team members in Agile frameworks, working with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
    • Expertise in Scrum practices, user stories, testing strategies, and software development processes
    • Knowledge of Agile frameworks like Crystal and Extreme Programming (XP)
    • Leadership experience in team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
    • Full-stack development understanding with proficiency in SQL, REST Services, C#, .NET Core, and Bootstrap
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
    • Previous insurance experience
