- 5+ years of experience within a related role in an agile environment
- Experience facilitating and fostering communication and coordination among teams for deliverables, planning sessions, conducting daily stand-ups
- Experience supporting both continuous improvement and fixed scope delivery efforts
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required- Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA, SAFe certfications
- Enterprise level experience preferred

This person will be joining the Program delivery group within the Ecommerce division at Royal.
They will be involved in supporting the Program Delivery group in key deliverables for major initiatives running across the organization.
This person will be responsible for promoting greater enterprise responsiveness, flexibility to change, and greater efficiency in the delivery of quality solutions.
This person will be responsible for communicating across the business to foster alignment across teams on status, oversee release management and facilitating updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
