Responsibilities::The Information Technology Intern will report to the Support Services Assistant Manager. This internship will allow the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support. Under the guidance of our experienced IT team, you will be able to provide comprehensive desktop support to end-users, addressing both hardware and software concerns.
Additionally, the IT Intern will assist in user account management, encompassing tasks like password resets and account creation. Collaboration with team members to refine processes and meticulous documentation of support activities for future reference are also key aspects of the role.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills, work on real-world IT projects, and contribute to the success of our organization.
