ABS Consulting is looking for high-caliber engineers to join a professional team

Are you a top-notch engineer eager to be part of a world-class team? ABS Consulting is seeking engineers to help clients identify operational risks and improve their process safety performance. If you join us, you'll be part of the ABS Consulting Chemical Process Safety Center of Excellence, a global network of experts and resources with a wide range of topics applicable to client projects.

What You Will Do:

Manage process hazard analysis and layer of protection analysis engagements
Lead process hazard analysis and layer of protection analysis
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Prepare recommendations and reports for process hazard analysis
Interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Collaborate with clients on project requirements

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical)
Minimum 15 years of process safety experience
Experience in process units and evaluations
Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Leadership experience in PHA teams
Oil and gas industry experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PHA software
Understanding of process drawings
Knowledge of safety systems and PSM
Excellent meeting facilitation skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to learn new systems

Reporting Relationship:

Report to senior management

Salary:

$160 - $175K
