POSITION SUMMARY
As an Information Technology Support Engineer, your responsibilities involve working extensively with the company's and the company's clients' cloud-based and on-premises systems and hardware, ensuring they are stable, secure, and operating efficiently.
Your job involves planning, implementing, and managing the company's and the company's clients' cloud and on-premises infrastructure in a collaborative environment.
Your work in this field is critical to the success of the company and the company's clients as many businesses have shifted their operations to the cloud, or to a cloud/on-premises hybrid.
Your job involves using your technical skills to ensure that the company's and the company's clients' cloud infrastructure are running smoothly and that any technical issues are resolved promptly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage and maintain clients' IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance
Work with clients to identify their needs and provide them with recommendations on the best cloud and physical solutions for their business
Perform regular Citrix maintenance to ensure smooth operation of virtual applications and desktops, and provide support to clients for any Citrix-related issues
Manage and maintain Microsoft O365/M365 for clients, ensuring that all applications, including email and productivity tools, are updated and functioning correctly; troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
Support clients' ERP systems and related systems
Identify and recommend strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue, leveraging Azure's capabilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services
Implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support of existing and new offerings to clients, leveraging Azure's automation and workflow capabilities
Monitor the market for new and emerging cloud technologies and make recommendations to the leadership team on potential new services to offer to clients, including Azure-based solutions
