  • Create production concepts with consideration for Lean Manufacturing and Low Cost Automation
  • Determine production processes and necessary technologies in coordination with manufacturing locations
  • Calculate and define required production capacities worldwide, as well as plan investments and determine production costs for domestic and international locations
  • Create line layouts and technical requirements for planned investments
  • Oversee and support prototype builds throughout the product lifecycle
  • Manage and maintain Launch Status Reports and Industrialization project plans
  • Assist with line installation, commissioning, and release
  • Coordinate cost-saving programs

You...

  • Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education/qualification with knowledge in business administration
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in project management
  • Team-oriented and able to handle complex situations effectively
  • Inter-cultural experience, confident demeanor, and ability to work independently
