Nemacolin is offering a diverse and challenging position in a dedicated team. The salary will be based on qualifications and experience according to the TVöD (Bund) scale. The position is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of extension upon successful performance. Social benefits are in line with those of the public sector, including a company pension plan. Responsibilities for this position include independently processing and billing (using SAP) travel expenses for domestic and international trips according to the regulations of the Federal Travel Expenses Act (BRKG) and corresponding ordinances.

You will also provide advice and support to travelers as the main contact person for all matters related to business trips and travel expense reimbursement.

Other tasks include managing user profiles and providing support for the online travel booking
