Responsibilities
- Customer support in all phases of the service process from initial contact to vehicle return
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional handling of complaints
- Actively identifying customer needs and repair requirements
- Order and appointment tracking, including quality control
- Invoicing, invoice verification, and explanation
Profile
- Technical or commercial training with work experience in the service and customer service sector, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills and customer
