Your Responsibilities

You will receive a varied training through "training on the job" and internal training events.
You will be prepared for and take the exam to become a certified insurance agent (IHK) as well as a specialist for financial investments (DVA) in your first year.
You will actively assist our customers in the field by providing advice on insurance, building savings, wealth building, and capital investments.
You will analyze the customer's wishes and needs and respond accordingly.
You will manage a fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.

Your Qualifications

You have completed vocational training, a university degree, or have several years of professional experience in a commercial role.
You impress with your friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
You find it easy to make contacts and maintain your network.
