our regional company B&O Construction Baden-Württemberg, we are looking for support as a
team assistant (m/f/d) for reception at our office in
Stuttgart as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Front office with telephone switchboard and visitor reception, as well as contact person for colleagues in daily business
  • Receiving and sending letters and packages
  • General organization of the office and reception, as well as management
