Social Pedagogue (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementing measures while considering existing quality standards
  • Supporting participants in developing a career path and life perspective, as well as assisting with orientation in the working world
  • Supporting the assessment of competencies and determining the need for vocational training with the goal of sustainable integration in the work environment
  • Close cooperation and coordination with all involved stakeholders (clients, contractors, and employers)
  • Aligning needsbased integration
