Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the tasks in your department and contribute to a profitable turnover
With your expertise, you significantly contribute to the satisfaction of our existing and new customers, take care of acquisition, and build business relationships
As the main person in charge of employee recruitment, you review application documents, conduct applicant and hiring interviews with potential employees, and ensure satisfactory placement with our clients
You maintain regular contact with clients and employees and anticipate needs through your proactive actions, which you fulfill with a portfolio of flexible solutions
You carefully prepare calculations and create individual offers, which you confidently turn into successful negotiations
In your role, you take on both professional and disciplinary leadership, conduct feedback discussions, and support your employees in their development
