We are currently seeking trainers and lecturers for the youth sector at our locations in Augsburg and Donauwörth, for vocational preparation and orientation courses in the fields of business, trade, and services.

Your responsibilities as a trainer/lecturer include:

Teaching theoretical and practical content in the fields of business, administration (e.g. accounting basics), trade, sales, and warehousing
Reviewing and reinforcing the material being taught
Conducting practical exercises for students to apply their knowledge
Documenting and observing students' progress
Collaborating with colleagues to track students' learning progress

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed a university degree or vocational training in a relevant field
Holds a certificate of aptitude for vocational training (AEVO)
Enjoys working with young people
Has previous experience in this field

In addition, you should have:

Strong social and intercultural skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to assert yourself
