    Experience:


    • 24 months of role experience is required.


    • 12 months of Operating Room experience is required.


    • 12 months of travel experience is required.


    • 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application.


    • This role will require floating to multiple units


    • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.


    • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.


    • COVID booster required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

    Additional Details:

    Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

    Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

    • Shift:
    • -4x12 on a rotating basis, including up to 2 weekends per 4-week schedule period, call (2 short calls per 4-week schedule period), rotation to two-weeks of night shifts per 13-week contract.
    • -Weekend day shifts are always 12 hrs 7a-730p. All weekday shifts will be 7a with the exception of Wednesdays 9a starts. Typical schedules for 48 hrs are currently 7a-730p (combination of M, T, TH, F) and 9a-9:30p on Wednesdays.
    • -or40 hour (4x10) rotational shifts: 4x10, including up to 2 weekends per 4-week schedule period, call (2 short calls per 4-week schedule period), rotation to two-weeks of night shifts per 13-week contract. Weekend day shifts are always 12 hrs 7a-730p.
