Job Summary: Be part of the BIDMC Nursing Mission that emphasizes nursing excellence through compassionate care, advancing nursing practices, and promoting patient, family, and community health. As a Clinical Nurse II, use the nursing process to provide direct care to patients and families under the guidance of a Nurse Leader.
FARR 10 is a 31-bed Medical/Surgical unit dedicated to Kidney, Liver, and Pancreas transplant patient care pre and post-surgery. Patients are often acutely ill with common diagnoses including End Stage Liver and End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities involve administering treatments, educating patients on post-transplant care, and lifestyle changes.
