Pedagogical Specialist for our
AWO's Kindervilla childcare center in
Ladenburg starting in
March 2024.

Job Description:

As a pedagogical specialist, you will be responsible for providing loving care and individual support to the children, acting as a point of contact for parents/guardians, contributing to the development of the pedagogical concept, planning and implementing activities and projects, and participating in public relations for the daycare center.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a positive and warm personality, a passion for their profession, a love for children, a joy for teamwork and active participation, a high level of professional competence, responsibility, commitment, reliability, and openness to new challenges.

You should have completed training/studies as an educator, child care worker, social pedagogical assistant, childhood educator, or hold another qualification recognized under the KiTaG - 7.
