YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the interface between business users and external service providers for the development of IT-supported business processes
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests in third-level support
  • Analyze, define, and conceptually and technically handle requirements for merchandise management systems
