Job Overview:
We are in search of an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team.
As an HRIS Analyst, your main task will be managing and ensuring the accuracy of our HR information systems. You will work closely with various teams to implement system improvements and provide assistance to users. This position is full-time and based at our company headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR information systems, including configuration, data entry, and validation
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and make enhancements, such as maintaining the employee training library
- Aid in developing and updating system documentation like user manuals and training materials
- Support end users, troubleshoot system issues, and address inquiries promptly
- Conduct regular audits to uphold data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
- Generate reports and analyze data to assist HR initiatives and decision-making processes for HR leadership
- Keep informed about HRIS technology trends and best practices
- Other responsibilities may include attending recruiting events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems architecture
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration and system design principles
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Familiarity with IT concepts like Ruby on Rails, Linux, Saponify, Simulink, is beneficial
- Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data management
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams

Pay:
$52, $62,000.00 per year
