Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about talent management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Duties:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Support affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP, UltiPro, and Taleo to manage employee data effectively
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP, UltiPro) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Pay:
$49, $62,256.66 per year
