Description
Your tasks:
- Development of embedded systems based on FPGAs, microcontrollers, and processors in the field of drive electronics
- Elaboration of requirements for the systems to be developed
- Circuit development, component selection, and PCB layout review
- Simulation of signal integrity, thermal calculation, and optimization of circuits
- Commissioning and testing of electronic assemblies
- Creation of test plans and development-related documentation
- Implementation of functional safety requirements in circuit design, conducting FMEDAs
- Development of software for microcontrollers in C (optional)
- Development of FPGA functions in VHDL (optional)
Your profile:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in circuit development and evaluation of PCB layouts
- Very good knowledge and experience in creating digital and analog circuit components
- Methodological knowledge in hardware development, software integration, and system testing
- Knowledge of programming microcontrollers and FPGAs
- Willingness to learn and interest in familiarizing oneself with new topics
- High flexibility and independence as well as team and communication skills
- Good communication skills in German
