Description
Gamerco is currently seeking a pedagogical daycare manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our daycare center in Poppenbüttel.

Our daycare center, Galaxie, has three groups (one for infants (0-3 years), one for families (2-5 years), and one for elementary-aged children (3+ years)), and we care for a total of approximately 60 children in Hamburg Poppenbüttel.

Our pedagogical approach is based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, with a focus on dialogue between adults and children. Our team works with the strengths of the children, rather than against their weaknesses.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the fulfillment of the educational and developmental mission, implementing the pedagogical concept, and maintaining the quality management system.

You will also have dedicated time for managerial tasks, as well as providing guidance and support to the staff in pedagogical matters.

Building a trusting relationship with parents is also an important aspect of this role.
