- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project timelines and dependencies to team members and stakeholders.
- Produce clear and concise schedule-related documents and reports, publishing and distributing the project schedule on a weekly basis.
- Respond to changes in the project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold project quality standards and deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
- 10+ years of direct work experience in project planning/scheduling.
- Experience of working with large engineering or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project is mandatory, knowledge of Primavera P6 and other project management tools is a plus.
- Experience of working in the fusion sector is desirable but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
