This leading commercial construction business are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee their project across the Knoxville area.

The Project Manager responsibilities will be:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the museum renovation project, ensuring that project goals are achieved within budget and on time.
Manage all project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
Monitor and control project budget, schedule, and quality, including performing regular project status reports, risk analysis, and change order management.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and contract documentation.
Communicate project status and progress to project stakeholders, including providing regular updates, identifying issues and risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.

The Project Manager will need:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in commercial / retail / restaurant / multifamily / institutional / educational / medical construction project management required.
Knowledge of Procore preferred.
Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methods, and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fastpaced environment, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay:
$90, $115,000.00 per year
