This leading commercial construction business are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee their project across the Knoxville area.


The Project Manager responsibilities will be:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the museum renovation project, ensuring that project goals are achieved within budget and on time.
  • Manage all project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Monitor and control project budget, schedule, and quality, including performing regular project status reports, risk analysis, and change order management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and contract documentation.
  • Communicate project status and progress to project stakeholders, including providing regular updates, identifying issues and risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.

The Project Manager will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial / retail / restaurant / multifamily / institutional / educational / medical construction project management required.
  • Knowledge of Procore preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methods, and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fastpaced environment, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay:
$90, $115,000.00 per year
