- Utilizes Primavera P6 to develop, update, and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, deliverables, and resource availability.
- Performs comprehensive cost analysis to monitor project expenses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget adherence.
- Implements effective cost control measures to mitigate risks and optimize project financial performance.
- Collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project data, identify potential issues, and develop proactive solutions.
- Provides timely and insightful reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
- Continuously evaluate project controls processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Supports project teams in implementing project controls best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on project controls methodologies, tools, and techniques, providing guidance and training to project team members as needed.
- Typical work schedule will be Mon.-Thur. 10-hour days (4/10 schedule).
- BA/BS Degree plus 20 years of direct experience required, or an MA or MS with 19 years of experience.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen - External applicants selected for this position are required to successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
- Medical Exam(s) - Job related pre-placement medical examinations may be required for this position.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance from the Department of Energy. If determined as such, this position would be identified as a Workplace Substance Abuse (WSAP) testing designated position. WSAP positions require participation in an ongoing random drug testing program in addition to the pre-employment drug screen.
- Qualified applicants must be a US citizen, at least 18 years of age, and able to meet pre-employment requirements including any required physicals, drug screen, and/or background investigation to satisfy clearance requirements from the Department of Energy.
- The ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance is preferred.

Successful candidates will be employees of KeyLogic, a premier government contractor charged with employing highly motivated and well-qualified personnel who can advance Y-12's core mission to ensure a safe, secure, and reliable U.S.
