    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Our early-stage AI-driven client is looking for an Interim CFO (moving to perm when fully funded) to be the financial leader for a truly transformational opportunity.

    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will work closely with the CEO to shape the financial destiny of this groundbreaking venture.

    This role offers an initial six-month contract with negotiable daily rates.

    CFO Responsibilities
    Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting using state-of-the-art financial technologies Craft robust financial models and forecasts to steer strategic decision-making
    Establish effective financial controls and internal audit procedures to safeguard resources
    Manage cash flow and ensure operational efficiency within budget constraints
    Present compelling financial models to secure significant funding for the startup journey
    Forge relationships with investors
    Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with global business objectives
    Implement proactive strategies to navigate the startup landscape
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
    As funding solidifies, build and lead a high-performing finance team
    Nurture a collaborative and results-driven culture
    Work closely with the tech team to integrate financial tools
    CFO Requirements
    Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience, ideally in high-growth startups
    Proven track record in a senior finance role within a technology-driven company
    Expertise in modern financial tools and FinTech solutions
    Passion for securing funding
    Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex financial data
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Strategic mindset with a focus on translating business goals into financial objectives.
    Interest in technology and its application in finance, including blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi)
    Master's degree in Business Administration
    Success in securing funding for early-stage companies
    Understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for finance
