- Dynamically source passive candidates through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our open positions.
- Develop extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs.
- Performs research on the talent markets to determine the supply versus demand, competitor intelligence and best practices to find candidates.
- Create rich pipelines geographically which directly support open positions and future needs
- Recommend strategic plan for building recruiting campaigns with support of Communications Team
- Recommend job postings sites and strategies to optimize candidate flow
- Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations to source the correct talent.
- Ensure top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the selection process.
- Deliver diversity and inclusion into every step of the recruitment process.
- Maintain current knowledge in the field of sourcing, dynamic searching, and other related Human Resources field topics to stay current with the latest trends in sourcing through training, networking and professional organizations, etc.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Selection, with a college degree, or a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Boolean searches, experience with many sourcing tools, and passive candidate outreach techniques required
- Construction recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with high volume and surge recruiting preferred
- Working experience with Applicant Tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work 5 days a week in an office setting.
