    Job Description:

    Day in a life:

    Pharmaceutical Remote Sales/Inside Sales

    Program Manager - Client Services will review daily program performance and will report on it to the internal and external stakeholders. Will analyze data to strategize short to long term sales approach. Will have a thorough understanding of financial aspects to be able to project revenue. Will engage in internal and client meetings to discuss pipeline, staffing, system related enhancements/challenges amongst many other topics. Will have conversations with front line support staff to understand day to day activities, impact and retrieve meaningful/actionable feedback on program performance. Will support call listening/calibration sessions with the client and will discuss such calls. Will participate in client brand sales calls to understand client driven strategies and how to execute those.

    Job Description:

    • Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of strategy
    • Requires comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical sales/ inside sales
    • Deep understanding around sales cycles and processes
    • Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems
    • Drives the overall unit performance to meet program goals, adhere to business unit metrics and accomplish account performance
    • Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Generates reports on performance measurement and KPIs
    • Oversees and manages client projects
    • Enhance the content and quality of client reports
    • Lead and participate in business development initiatives
    • Prepares and presents results to internal and external sponsors in a formal setting

    Requirements:

    • Business or Scientific/Healthcare Bachelors D highly desired. Masters a plus.
    • Healthcare, pharmaceutical inside sales or contact center management experience preferred
    • A min of ten (2+) years of healthcare contact center management (inbound/outbound or sales)
    • Technically savvy and familiar with client CRM platforms
    • Expertise in project management, PMP preferred.
    • Sound judgment with ability to manage risk effectively
    • Superior communication skills
    • Must be client-satisfaction oriented
    • Must be patient centric oriented
    • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a large team
    • Creative problem solver
    • Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United States
