    Summary

    Analyze inventory using metrics & reporting to ensure policies/procedures are appropriate, implement process improvements, assure inventory integrity and to apply controls where needed, complete timely transactions, physical/system reconciliations and various reporting in order to implement effective corrective action plans.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Ability to develop various reports / metrics for different areas within the department
    Must be able to comprehend departmental procedures and apply them to the day to day operations in order to continue to develop and improve on reports
    Suggest and recommend process improvement to increase efficiency
    Strong written skills to assist in maintaining SOP's and procedure documents
    Must be able to work with technical department in development of new reports as needed
    Ability to prioritize work load according to the expectations of management
    Assist in researching exceptions as requested
    Maintain confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel only
    Support projects as requested by management
    Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures
    Perform other duties as assigned
    Skills
    BA/BS in Accounting or Business Administration
    8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Must be PC literate.
    Intermediate to Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, basic to intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Access, Visio, Power Point and Project
    Knowledge of Oracle ERP system a plus
    Strong Analytical skills
    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
    Must be able to manage work to deadlines

    Compensation and Benefits:
    TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.

    Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

    Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

    At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.


    A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
    $54,071 - $90,118 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
