Service Technician/Media Technician (m/f/d) Audio-Video Media Technology in the Middletown area

What to expect | We put people at the center of the technical workflow

Your tasks include fast and efficient technical support, including troubleshooting, event and concierge services for AV and video conferencing solutions at an assigned client site. You receive support requests by phone, email or through the ticket system and process them.

Ordering (spare) parts and consumables as well as issuing RMAs (returns) are also part of your responsibilities, as well as documenting problem solutions for our client.
