Your main tasks:
✓ As a building technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance of our building complex
✓ In your role, you are part of the building management team of the group and report to the head of building management
✓ Your tasks include general repair work in technical and construction trades
✓ For further repair measures that are necessary, such as maintenance of systems, you will take care of the allocation and coordination of external service providers
✓ You will provide support in the supervision and monitoring of construction projects and site projects (establishment/relocation/closure)
✓ You are responsible for the control and monitoring of safety and fire alarm systems
✓ As part of our sustainability strategy
