We are looking for a dedicated apprentice as a paper technologist (m/f/d) at our location in Hoya.

During the apprenticeship, the following knowledge and skills will be taught:
  • Processes for processing waste paper and monitoring and operating stock preparation systems
  • Determining and testing qualities of fiber materials (density, strength, etc.)
  • Testing and evaluating measurement results, strength, printability, and optical properties of paper and cardboard
  • How to operate pumps, blowers, vacuum and compressed air generators, and what to consider when maintaining the machines
  • How to adjust water management, dewater
