- Provides support and guidance to direct reports, management, and others when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

- Collaborate and support operations management with employee retention and staffing needs.
- Plans, directs, manages, administers, and coordinates teamwork activities relating to employment/staffing, onboarding/orientation/training, benefits compensation, and employee/labor relations.
- Manages team and individual performance; sets appropriate performance objectives and holds self and team accountable for achievement, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal goals.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and conflict resolution as needed.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Collaborates with the recruiting team and hiring managers by interviewing, hiring qualified applicants for open positions and ensuring successful selection and onboarding of top talent.
- Investigates and resolves employee relations issues and complaints.
- Associate degree and 2+ years' experience in human resources, or related field, and/or equivalency between experience and education
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by business partners.
- Microsoft Office suite experience and proficient Excel skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS) ADP preferred.
- Bilingual; English and Spanish preferred.
