Your tasks

After successfully completing your degree in engineering or training as a technician at G+H Schallschutz GmbH, you can develop from a young professional to an expert in project management. You will learn the diverse tasks of project management "on-the-job" and gradually take on more responsibility. You will ensure the smooth running of projects and act as the main point of contact for customer care. You will be responsible for revenue and growth with existing and new customers. This includes creating and developing technical and commercial concepts for customer projects in the sales area and acquiring new projects. You will manage the entire order processing, including complete scheduling and resource planning, and handle any contract amendments within the project team.

Your profile

Completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or degree in engineering (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification

Negotiation skills and customer-oriented work style

Determination and hands-on mentality

Willingness to travel (e.g. for construction site or customer visits)

Knowledge in the field of design (including CAD applications) advantageous

Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills

Communication skills (also in English), sociable and confident appearance
