**Competition Sports Coordinator (m/f/d) 30 hours
**The Hamburg Gymnastics Association of 1816, the oldest gymnastics club in the world, is one of the largest sports providers in Hamburg with around 1,000 organized sports hours and more than 5,000 members.

Tradition at HT16 also means "innovation". The club has launched several programs that have become a model in German club sports. In our modern sports center, we offer all active members a sporting home with a variety of opportunities.
Our department for children, youth, and competition sports currently includes 17 sports with approximately 2,500 members.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for sports to lead the organizational and economic aspects of our performance and recreational sports programs, starting on June 1st.

Your responsibilities:

Conceptual work in the field of competition sports in close cooperation with volunteer leaders
Further development of existing programs for children, youth, and competition sports
Development of programs for integration and inclusion
Expert support for volunteer department heads
Preparation, execution, and followup of central events for competition sports
Participation in the club and association network for the futureoriented development of programs
Space planning for sports facilities
Management and control of budget resources for departments
Management of grants and funding to finance programs
Recruitment and qualification of personnel, or support for departments in this area
