Looking to add a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to our team at Lake Behavioral Hospital (LBH) in Waukegan, IL. Since 2018, we have been providing exceptional mental health treatment to the community and the state of Illinois, focusing on meeting the diverse emotional and behavioral healthcare needs of adolescents, adults, and families.
Our dedicated team of psychiatrists, licensed therapists, nurses, and support staff strives to create a healing environment where individuals can find health and hope. At LBH, we offer specialized inpatient programs and outpatient services that have been proven to reduce mental illness symptoms, ultimately helping people lead healthier lives.
Your Role:Education & Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing or equivalent experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:Minimum of three years in psychiatric healthcare, CPI, and CPR certified.
Additional Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state/federal regulatory standards.
CPR certification and CPI training completion within 30 days of employment.

Compensation:
This Full-Time role offers an hourly rate of $46.00 with a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply and will consider experience and skill level as part of the selection process.
