Your Role:
- Assess, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts
- Engage in direct and indirect patient care
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
- Contribute to the development of tailored goals and interventions
Your Experience Matters:
Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Illinois State RN license. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Three years of experience in psychiatric healthcare. CPI and CPR certification required.
Additional Skills: Demonstrate crisis and time management skills, flexibility, and creativity.

Compensation: Full-time role with an expected hourly rate of $46.00 and a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
