Your Role:

As a React and Flutter expert, you will use your knowledge to develop websites and mobile apps for various industries such as e-commerce or our industrial clients.

You will lead dedicated teams and ensure that complex projects are implemented pragmatically and with attention to detail. A typical project at Sylvan Springs has a duration of four to twelve months or is continuously developed as a product.

You will ensure cross-browser functionality and performance and work with your colleagues from product/UX and backend on specification, implementation, testing, and deployment of features. You will confidently communicate with our clients.

A Typical Week:

  • 80% hands-on, 20% management
  • You design new features with product managers/UX designers
  • You represent Sylvan Springs confidently and independently in client meetings
  • You implement new features in collaboration with your backend colleagues
  • You troubleshoot bugs and improve the performance of our websites and mobile apps
  • You lead your team members and ensure pragmatic and precise project implementation
  • You actively contribute to the development of the entire organization
  • You learn and establish new web and mobile technologies
  • You estimate project efforts and support project management
