HM2407 - Project Manager (m/f/d) for Construction and Real Estate Projects at Gloster

Pforzheim Stuttgart Part-time / Full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of challenging construction and real estate projects
  • Development and presentation of project management concepts
  • Technical, economic, and organizational construction consulting
  • Contract and risk management
  • Supervision of Lean Management tasks for complex construction / real estate projects
  • Interface management between clients, investors, and users (m/f/d)
  • Leadership of project team consisting of planners and client representatives (m/f/d)

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in project management or in planning and construction management
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, HOAI, VOB, and VgV
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, communication skills, team spirit, as well as process knowledge and understanding of planning and construction processes
