We are currently seeking a dedicated and film-loving individual to take on the role of Head of Programming at our cinemas in Pompano Beach, FL.


In this key role, you will be responsible for creating an optimal weekly program in accordance with the guidelines of Cineplex headquarters, management, and in collaboration with the marketing manager.

We place special emphasis on managing visitor traffic through strategic planning of film start and end times.

Your tasks:


Your daily responsibilities include independently tracking weekly visitor numbers, organizing the booking process for upcoming films and events, and communicating with distributors and other relevant partners.

As a point of contact for internal departments and external partners, you will contribute to ensuring smooth operations.


Events that inspire:
Together with our marketing team, design and implement events that go beyond the traditional film premiere. After each event, identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.


Films that move:
Develop a captivating trailer program that moves our guests and inspires them to visit the cinema again.


Your profile:
- "Tetris" is your middle name and no puzzle is too challenging for you.

  • Enjoy working with Excel, with a strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking skills and ideally experience in programming
