Forest Lake Customer Service Representative for Life Insurance (m/f/d) You can expect- to provide support to end customers, sales partners, and authorized third parties via phone/video chat
- to handle written inquiries from end customers, sales partners, and third parties (letter/email/online chat/messaging/etc.)
- to complete contract processing for defined business transactions, including correspondence and complaint handling
- to review contractual requirements according to legal regulations and ensure proper technical data entry
- to handle all customer inquiries according to defined interaction triggers for CLT, as well as resulting defined collection processes and cross-sector partner processes
- to provide cross-functional support as needed to balance workload
