- Placing orders based on demand
- Obtaining and analyzing offers
- Processing and verifying order confirmations
- Monitoring and coordinating incoming goods and delivery dates
- Booking of direct deliveries
- Handling of returns and complaints
- Maintenance of purchasingrelated master data (supplier master data, articles, prices, delivery conditions)
- Invoice control and processing of credit notes
- Support of the shipping and logistics departments
- Ensuring and verifying the availability of raw materials
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Quick comprehension
