Description

Essential Job Functions

Assists the treasury supervisor with banking administration and bank account management
Maintains accurate and organized records of treasury activities
Assists in the review of FX exposures as part of risk management
Reports global cash balances daily
Updates the treasury procedures library as needed
Participates in special projects as assigned
Works with accounting team as part of monthly month end close
Other duties as assigned

Other Skills & Abilities

Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be comfortable using Excel
Must be self-driven, willing to learn, and aim to take charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
The internship is located on site. Must be physically in the office at 8am.

Education & Experience

3-4 years of college experience required, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Must have an education schedule that can support a 25-30 hour work week
